Concerning features on ECG such as high degree atrioventricular block |
Syncope or near syncope |

A history of heart disease that could predispose to serious arrhythmia |
Breathlessness |
FH of sudden cardiac death <40 years |

Features of sepsis, thyrotoxicosis or severe anaemia |
