    Palpitations red flags
    Concerning features on ECG such as high degree atrioventricular block
    Syncope or near syncope
    Onset associated with exercise 
    A history of heart disease that could predispose to serious arrhythmia
    Breathlessness
    FH of sudden cardiac death <40 years
    Chest pain
    Features of sepsis, thyrotoxicosis or severe anaemia
