Consider evaluating a woman’s risk for developing cardiovascular disease. QRISK assessment can be carried out to calculate the estimated CVD risk within the next 10 years for people aged 25 to 84 years (including people with type 2 diabetes). Do not use QRISK assessment in people who already have CVD or who are at high risk of developing CVD.
